BayArena-Plus – More than a stadium

Since re-modelling in 2009, an unassuming glass complex has adorned the outside of the BayArena. Behind this facade is one of the most modern event and conference location of all German stadiums.

About us

The centrepiece is the Premium Lounge, which extends over the entire second floor of the VIP West area and has a special appeal.
In the likewise largest VIP area in the BayArena, the exclusive ambience, the tasteful interior and the high feel-good factor always earn special praise from guests.

As with the training work of the Bundesliga professionals on the pitch, a great deal of attention to detail is noticeable in the rooms - from the targeted colour scheme to matching lettering and many small design elements.

Variable wall systems allow for flexible use of the premises and thus offer the right setting for (almost) every customer request. From small workshops to gala dinners, rustic evenings to large conferences for up to 270 people, BayArena-Plus offers the customer a full service that is otherwise only known from specialised agencies. Small workshops and conferences in particular enliven the day-to-day business in the event and conference centre and are part of the core business alongside large-scale and special events - such as large roadshows, award ceremonies, etc. - in the BayArena-Plus. - are part of the core business.

Variable Wandsysteme ermöglichen einen flexiblen Einsatz der Räumlichkeiten und bieten somit (fast) jedem Kundenwunsch den passenden Rahmen. Von kleinem Workshop über Galadinner, rustikale Abende bis hin zu großen Konferenzen für bis zu 270 Personen bietet BayArena-Plus dem Kunden einen Full Service, der sonst nur von spezialisierten Agenturen bekannt ist. Vor allem kleine Workshops und Tagungen beleben im Event- und Konferenzcenter das Tagesgeschäft und gehören neben Groß- und Sonderevents - wie große Roadshows, Award-Verleihungen etc. - zum Kerngeschäft.
