Destination BayArena

The travel experts on the move in the BayArena: 120 HRG employees (Hogg Robinson Group) used the stadium as a location for their corporate event. Strengthening the team spirit was one of the itinerary points and an interactive BayArena tour provided an excellent way to do so.

The participants were divided into two groups and given various tasks to complete. They had an opportunity to demonstrate their general knowledge of football and to pit their skills against each other in terms of speed and dexterity.

Although the win was pursued with vigour, the fun and games were roundly enjoyed.

Every single employee received a customised Bayer 04 jersey with their own flocked name as part of the welcoming address. To ensure that HRG, of which the travel agent responsible for Bayer 04, BaySports Travel, is part, made itself as home in the BayArena, the stadium was branded accordingly. Everything was geared toward the HRG look – from the monitors and video walls to the flagging in the piazza.

A motto lived up to by 14,000 employees in more than 120 countries making it a global partner for companies who require assistance with travel, conference, event, cost and data management.

In the BayArena the HRG employees were also able to go to great lengths. Firstly because they encountered a perfect layout concept in VIP West, and secondly a large stage with integrated projection screen, excellent sound and projections provided a host of technical presentation possibilities.
